WELCOME TO THE STILL NEST

A sanctuary for bereaved parents and their communities.

Dive into heartfelt stories of loss, resilience, and healing. Tune into our podcast and find solace in shared experiences.

THE STILL NEST PODCAST

Hosted by Dr Fatima El-Assaad, a medical researcher and a bereaved parent, this podcast explores infertility, pregnancy loss, baby loss and birth trauma in culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

SEASON 1

This season offers a powerful taste of the experiences of Australian culturally diverse bereaved mothers who identify with the Islamic faith and insights from professionals working with them.

WOULD YOU LIKE TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMUNITY AND SHARE YOUR STORY?

This project developed from the need to hear diverse stories about baby loss and birth trauma. We have several productions underway, including producing the second season of The Still Nest Podcast.

We would be grateful for your contribution.
